The Faith Tabernacle youth ministry exists for the life-lasting purpose of raising up this generation to know God in an intimate and personal way through His Word, praise, fun, and fellowship; so that they will be a light to this world and an example of the believers.

Youth group meets every Wednesday at 7:00pm along with at least one event for each month.  It is strongly encouraged for every meeting that a Bible is brought along.  From it comes a foundation for the week's teaching and is a roadmap for everything in life.  At each meeting, there is not only interaction from the youth pastor, but also from the youth; therefore participation becomes a large makeup of youth time whether it be through games or the teaching.  

It's a new year and a new race to see who will claim this summer's prize.  Youth, on a weekly basis, participate at youth meetings and are rewarded based on their efforts.  These rewards (or "points") then accumulate throughout the year until the month before this summer's event.  This summer's event will be Kingdom Bound '04 in upstate New York (August 1st-4th).  This summer's prize will be a free 4 day pass to Kingdom Bound '04.  Below is a chart of some people with their eye on the prize and their weekly progress.

Points is a means of recognizing the accomplishments of the youth during youth meetings and events.  They are reflective of the effort each youth puts into every game, quiz, activity, and teaching.  As a result, those who put the most get the most out this system.  Points are given out evenly to everyone according to the actions performed below.
